Before we begin actually creating our movie, we need to put entire process into context. One of the best ways to do this is look at each step and talk about what is going to happen at each step.

The movie-making process consists of five phases. They are:

  1. Development
  2. Pre-production
  3. Production
  4. Post Production
  5. Distribution.
